On the morning of May 6, at the invitation of PT Mobil Anak Bangsa (MAB), one of the top three electric bus manufacturers in Indonesia, a delegation from China Sodium Energy (Yangzhou) Co., Ltd (CNAE) went to MAB's headquarter in Jakarta for a high-level technical exchange between the two companies. The meeting was not only a simple business exchange, but also an important opportunity for the two companies to deepen cooperation in the field of new energy.

MAB took the initiative to invite CNAE to visit its headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the aim of exploring the possibility of cooperation between the two companies in the field of electric buses. With the increasing global awareness of environmental protection, the market demand for electric buses, as an important choice for green transportation, has been rising. As a new type of battery technology, sodium-ion batteries are considered to be the ideal choice for power systems of electric buses because of their advantages such as ultra-fast charging, long life, high safety and low price.

During the meeting, the two sides had an in-depth exchange on the application of sodium-ion batteries in electric buses, and the CNAE technical team introduced in detail the working principle, performance advantages, and practical application cases of sodium-ion batteries in electric buses, while the representatives of MAB expressed great interest in sodium-ion battery technology and hoped to establish a long-term and stable cooperation with CNAE to jointly promote the development of the electric bus market in Indonesia.
